Orders & pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm your order. Prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency and may change over time. We aim to describe products accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and print.
Your photo & content
You confirm you have the right to use the photo you upload. You keep ownership of your photo; you grant us a licence to use it solely to create, proof and fulfil your order (and, only with your consent, in marketing). Please don't upload content that infringes others' rights or is unlawful.
Proofs & approval
For personalised items we provide a proof and free revisions. By approving your proof you confirm the details (including spelling of names and dates) are correct; we produce from the approved proof.
Cancellations & returns
See our Returns & guarantee page. As items are made to order, change-of-mind returns may not be available once in production.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of your order. We aren't liable for delays outside our reasonable control (e.g. courier or customs delays).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
