We want you to love your keepsake. Because every piece is personalised and made to order, the best time to get it perfect is before it's printed — so we send you a proof and revise it free, as many times as it takes, until you're happy.
Personalised, made-to-order items
As these are custom-made just for you, they're generally not eligible for return or refund simply due to a change of mind. Your unlimited free revisions on the proof are there to make sure the final piece is right.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as approved, we'll put it right — a free replacement or a refund. Just email safariplanetinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn't started, we can usually cancel and refund in full. Once your proof is in production, cancellation may not be possible.
